When it comes to quality entertainment, the best price is not always the best deal. Immersion Multimedia will normally invest 12 to 30 hours or more into the planning of your event, though it may appear that you are only paying for the 3 to 5 hours of the event itself. Consultations, music compilation and editing, graphic and visual media creation, preparation, setup and tear-down, education and other business-related endeavors all contribute to the overall success of your special occasion.

One of the strong suits of our company is that we offer clients the freedom to be completely creative in their choices of entertainment programming. For this reason, we strongly encourage our first meeting to be face to face and not over the telephone. We believe that package pricing options offered by other companies place creative constraints on the client and lock them into certain choices. We are confident that whatever you can dream for your event, we can present innovative and imaginative options to bring your dream to life while still attempting to stay within the reasonable confines of your budget. There are many variables which can affect pricing, such as the duration and location of your event, day of the week, additional staffing requirements, peak dates, multimedia entertainment, décor lighting and intelligent lighting.

Voice talent and voiceover production rates are quoted as a range because not all projects of the same type are equal.  Variables that can affect pricing are the target market (local, regional, national or international),  the need for multiple voice talent and/or character voices for a particular project,  and post-production work (adding music or sound FX beds, mixing voices, special encoding requirements, etc.)

Together we’ll start with a completely blank palette, and once we’ve gotten all of our collective ideas on paper, we’ll design a signature event or audio project that best suits your unique style and needs.
